Trahan Real Estate Services is committed to meeting our customers appraisal needs - we will go the extra mile for each customer in order to achieve greater customer satisfaction. We are fully Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) compatible. Utilizing state-of-the-art computer software and digital cameras, we are able to transmit the entire appraisal report electronically, via email, ACI or PDF.

We offer real estate appraisals in all of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In Connecticut we cover Hartford County, Middlesex County, New London County, Tolland County and Windham County.

Barry G. Trahan's father, Ray, established Trahan Real Estate Services in 1962. Barry started working at the family firm in 1973. In 1975, upon his father's death, Barry became the sole owner. Barry served on the board of Assessors in the City of New Bedford. In 1986, as the board’s Chairman, the first full evaluation of the cities 35,000 parcels was successfully completed.

Having a strong working knowledge of real estate values in Massachusetts, Barry has become a leading expert in his field. With a great staff, which includes Kevin and Timothy, his two sons, his wife Debra, Jeffrey Gaughan, Nancy Gaughan, Joseph Lopes and our Administrative Assistants, Suzy Balanca and Sofia Cabral, Trahan Real Estate Services is able to meet all deadlines.
